I'm Naischa Puri
I am a rising junior at The Wardlaw + Hartridge School in Edison, New Jersey.
My mission is to introduce little children to writing and spark their interest at an early age. If they do find poetry to be something that they like to do, they can continue it throughout their life!
I have loved writing since I was a little girl. Whether it be songwriting, story writing, or poetry, writing is extremely liberating and expressive.
Last year's Poetry workshop was a tremendous success and it was gratifying to teach kids the nuances of poetry and see them write. I want to same experience this year and I'm confident I can instill creative writing in your child!
Recently, I published my first poetry book named "Polysyndeton".

Feedback from last year's Poetry Workshop

"I learned about how many steps there are to writing a good poem and how it is a great way of expressing feelings through them without saying what they are."

"I loved how we did fun acrostic poetry and how we learned about how to rhyme and that not all poems have to rhyme."

"The concepts that we learned in day two were about acrostic poems and overall poems were amazing"
