Responsible for overseeing projects and programs within Gifted Gabber. Need to plan and implement projects with strong time management skills and team synergy with students.
College Counselor
Collaborates in the creation of a curriculum that supports high schoolers in their exploration of career alternatives and guides them in preparing a profile for the college application process.
Creative Writer and Reviewer
Fact-checking student work. Skilled in English to oversee high school students' essays/resumes/written content and work to improve grammar, flow, and organization.
Virtual Assistant
We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, and scheduling meetings. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Zoom etc.

University Research Professor
Seeking university professors with a doctoral degree and passion to mentor high school students to pursue research. An ideal candidate should have the following skills:
1. Passionate about their research profession.
2. Possess Teaching skills to patiently explain concepts and fundamentals to teens
3. Expert-level knowledge with research interests in their subject area(s)
4. Exceptional Communication and presentation skills
5. Comfortable with technology and ability to utilize modern technology tools like online learning systems, online class software, and college grading systems
6. Ability to collaborate with colleagues and program managers and progressively act on the feedback of parents and students
7. Excellent Analytical and observational skills to mentor and guide students
Gifted Gabber Research Program Description:
9-session research project where students are matched with a University Professor to explore a specific and unique research topic selected by the student. The program is designed to be structured, but flexible, and is a great way for students of all experience levels to begin or deepen their research skills, but excited to explore their unique passions. Our students walk away from the program with a deeper understanding of their chosen research area, a strong foundation in how to conduct academic research and scientific inquiry, and a unique project outcome such as a 4000-word research journal that they can submit for publishing.

Meet Jothsna Kethar
An Entrepreneur, Educator, Counselor, Confidant, Career Guide, an Engineer, and above all, a Mother.
Jothsna Kethar, Coach Jo as her students lovingly call her is College Counselor and Academic coach.
Her unique and effective coaching techniques have helped many teens with study skills, time management, organization, effective communication, and academics. She specializes in coaching teens for High School/College success.
After 20+ years in the corporate world, Coach Jo quit her job to become a Success Coach and Mentor for her. She started by becoming a certified Life Coach under the leading motivational speaker, Tony Robbins, and his RMT Core 100 Life Coaching program.
She's a trained ADHD Coach having completed Positive Psychology Coaching taught by leading ADHD expert, Alan R. Graham, Ph.D., PCC, MCAC.
Subsequently, to deepen her learning in Executive Functioning, she trained under leading Psychologist, Dr.Peg Dawson, an expert in Executive functioning skills and uses her methodology to enhance teen learning.
She completed her College Counseling course at UC Berkeley. Building a customized college list is her specialty. Her students have landed in Ivy league colleges such as Harvard, and Cornell, also landing in affordable colleges, winning merit aid/scholarships to the tune of over 2 million dollars.
Coach Jo is also the Director of InspireYouth a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization that aims at empowering youth by teaching them to give back to the community.
