Learn to Code...
Even if you're a first-time coder, you will be able to compete. We will host workshops on creating websites and apps, and mentors will be available to help you debug code.
Hackathons are meant for first-time coders as well as more experienced ones! There's no better way to get started with creating websites and apps than with a hackathon.
Hackathon Themes
This hackathon has three themes. Your hackathon project can fit in multiple different categories, and each has a different prize. The themes are meant to be as open-ended as possible to give hackers as much room for creativity as possible.

Environment
Websites and apps can raise environmental awareness by highlighting a specific environmental issue. For example, you could build an app that shows which cities have the most pollution.

Augmented/Virtual Reality
Echo3D is giving a $100 Amazon gift card to the team with the best use of AR/VR! An AR/VR workshop will be provided, as will a free trial of their AR/VR software.

Health
For this theme, you could build a website that raises awareness about a health condition. Another example of a great health app would be an app that shows where COVID vaccines are available.
Don't miss out!
