Hi, my name is Maha Yogaraj, and I’m a sophomore at BASIS Phoenix in Phoenix, AZ. I live with my parents, my younger sister, and my two dogs, Teddy and Milo. I’ve been taking singing lessons for 6 years, and I love the joy and positivity music brings to my life, so I wanted to find a way to share what I’ve learned with the community.
Music is a wonderful way to connect with children and I want to teach music to elementary school kids. (Grades 3-6)

Disney Songs
Reason #1
First, they're well-known, and almost anyone can already hum the melodies to some of the more popular songs.

Second, they tend to be a bit shorter, so they're manageable studies. They often push your vocal range without being overwhelming, and they're written to be very easy to memorize.
Maha's Approach
I started these singing lessons as a way to combine my passion for music and teaching and allow other kids to find their love for singing as well.

About Coach Jo
Jothsna Kethar, who her students call Coach Jo is an entrepreneur, mom, sister, wife, life coach, executive functioning coach, college counselor, meditation instructor, philanthropist, and unapologetically ambitious coach dedicated to helping teens reach their maximum potential.
She is passionate about a multitude of seemingly unconnected things: meditation, psychology, entrepreneurship, creativity, spirituality, fitness, and philanthropy, just to name a few.
After several years of finding my purpose and a lot of angst trying to choose just one thing to be in life, she realized that my unusual combination of interests and skills was a strength, not a liability. She gave up the security of the 9-5, began coaching and counseling teens, and slowly built a coaching business from the ground up.
She later coined the term "Multi-Passionate teen whisperer" because she didn’t (and never will) fit into a conventional box.
