This is your chance to spot "security" flaws and solve puzzles requiring debugging skills.

What You'll Do...

Identify Security Flaws: We'll present you with various simulated security scenarios. Your task? Spot the flaws!

Answer Debugging Questions: To succeed, you'll need to answer questions that will test your debugging skills to the limit.
CyberHacks Hackathon Themes
Some possible security problems students will have to identify might be:

Hack Password
Find hidden passwords within the code.

Decrypt Password
Students decrypt database passwords from code.

Hack Data
Students learn to change some data stored in the database

- Those looking to learn from an expert, as the event is conducted by a Cybersecurity Expert who's also a University Professor.

About Cyber Security Expert
Dr.Sarada Prasad Gochhayat, Ph.D., Cybersecurity Expert, and University Professor
Dr.Sarada Prasad Gochhayat, Ph.D. is a Professor at Villanova University. His research interests include designing and developing secure, privacy-aware protocols for distributed networks and systems. His research focuses on the security of Blockchain-based systems, cloud computing, IoT networks, ToR networks, and physical layer security.
He received a Ph.D. degree in communication engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore. He received his Master in Technology (M-Tech) degree in Signal Processing from the Department of Electronics and Electrical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Guwahati. He obtained his Bachelor in Technology (B-Tech) degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Biju Patnaik University of Technology.
