Hi, I'm Atiksh Vats
I'm a rising junior at Garnet Valley High School in PA. My hobbies are playing chess, tennis, reading, authoring, and researching STEM-related topics.
My mission is to motivate students to realize the beauty of the game of chess, which can, by extension, improve logical skills and other critical life skills. My most significant chess rating is 1604.

Atiksh's Approach
I can teach basic to intermediate chess skills to individuals who are new to the game.
My style will be logical. I will first explain how the chess board, then the pieces, and then finally, some basic strategies. I will teach it by sharing my screen and showing them, and I will also ask questions and try to actively engage the class in the lesson!
